BUSH 9th April, 2008 Mr. chairperson, I perplex the honor to impart to you the Letter of Credence from His Excellency Nambaryn Enkhbayar, President of Mongolia, by moral excellence of which he has appointed me as ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the coupled States of America, and the Letter of Recall of my predecessor, Ambassador Ravdangiin Bold. It is the further honor for me to forrader to you and, through you, to the friendly multitude of America, the heartfelt greetings and best wishes for bliss and prosperity from President N. Enkhbayar and the Mongolian quite a little. Mr. President, Mongolia and the unite States, sharing the essential principles of republic and free markets, carry together to face challenges and opportu nities brought almost by todays realities. A young and vivacious country, Mongolia is greatly appreciative of the US support in its passing to freedom. Despite setbacks and hardships, Mongolia has made great strides in establishing a truthful democracy, a work that could non be done without real assistance from our American friends.
